The Mochi House is the first producer of artisanal mochi made entirely in Switzerland. While respecting the traditional Japanese recipe, the products used in their manufacture are 100% Swiss in order to favour local craftsmen and maintain a high level of quality.

The Mochi House offers you an ice-cream version of this typical Japanese dessert - 100% "Swiss Made". This pastry is filled with the highest quality ice cream, made in the Canton of Vaud.
